FreshPick: Alori Joh ft. Mykestro – Batteries (prod by Terrace Martin)
Ms. Alori Joh shot this one over to my inbox earlier today. First thing that caught my eye was the title……odd I thought “batteries?? Did she really write a song about batteries??” Well, yes nerds…..she did, and in the way that you’re thinking as well. Although edgy/taboo, Alori breaks down the woman’s thought process while…..err…..umm….you’re gonna have to peep the song yourself. Mykestro adds his side for the fellas and represents proper on top of a West Coast dripped Terrace Martin production that doesn’t fall short of what I call ‘clean knock‘.
Remember I told yall, Alori is one to watch for….
