“Opening on Friday 12th November, 2010 London Miles Gallery presents an all new group exhibition, entitled The Idol Hours. Revisiting some of the most iconic paintings since the great Renaissance, The Idol Hours sees each of our forty New Contemporary artists recontextualize a historic and personally significant artwork from their own oblique 21st Century point of view.”
This Saturday, Ritzy P. will be in attendance for the opening of the Toy2R 15th Anniversary DIY Qee Celebration at Dragatomi. If you’re in Northern Cali this weekend, be sure to make it there and tell her FreshNerd sent you.
Here is what Ritzy has to say in regards to her custom piece:
“Mamacita likes to get up but also likes to look cute ( this is about as cute as I get with my sh•t)
Added faint cloud pattern to my usual plain blue shirt and sculpted a spray can, flowers and hair buns.
I really like this platform and plan to do some more in the future.”
**take note on how Ritzy keeps it B-Girl with the Krylon spray can
