Ok, I know I said I’d try not to bombard you with Art Basel posts like everyone else is doing but these photos that Revok shot with his iPhone. Dope! Check out his site when you’re done here.

Ok, I know every art blog and their moms will be posting art basel shots so I won’t bombard you with too much from the Miami event. I spotted this over at Molotow and had to share with you nerds. Crazy colors…crazy
YouTube user, Breathoffreshair, uploaded some dope stills of Justin Bua’s art. Justin Bua is one of those artists that you may not know by name, but you definitely know his work. I had one of his pieces in my room in L.A., not sure what happened to it….random I know. Enjoy!
p.s. Awesome soundtrack huh?

I know I’m dumb late on posting this but I feel like it doesn’t matter. This video received many mixed reviews across the net but all in all this nerd thinks it’s fresh. I respect ‘Ye for taking a risk and doing something different. In this musical climate, release dates aren’t as important as they used to be due to leaks etc. so Kanye has taken the initiative to give people something to talk about and create anticipation. His team is smart and I’ve been saying this since 808′s (see here). I’m done babbling….now give him 35 mins. of your time.
p.s. I will admit his acting is pretty bad, still a dope video though

“Websites are the worst ways to look at paintings. Digital images are compressed, have poor color, have no sense of scale and simply do not glow like paint does. I would rather a person see one of my paintings through a window from across the street in the rain than have him see anything I have ever made online.“ – Joshua B.

I tried heading over to Derek’s website so I could give you nerds more insight about this talented artist, but his website has exceeded bandwidth. Hopefully it will be back up soon. In the meantime, enjoy the art.
