Ok nerds, looks like ‘Ye has redeemed himself after that shenanigan of a track featuring Beyonce and Charlie Wilson (who does that?). Anyways, this track is pretty solid….I won’t say its life changing but definitely more listenable than his prior leaks. Thoughts???
And another thing, did they really need to list Rick Ross as a feature? He had like 6 lines…maybe.
I have to say, the song is enjoyable. Ye killed it, Jay’s verse is dope. Nikki…she’s a fantastic lyricist. Like amazing. I just absolutely do not like her or her stupid voice. I just don’t think that weird shit is cool, and she sounds like a 7 year old with ADHD. The singing at the end is totally unnecessary too. But I fucks wit it.
I think the dude singing was a promise Kanye made that he didn’t want to go back on.
Nicki did come right on this….I just cant figure out why I never actually want to go/search and listen to her music. I don’t mind hearing her if I have to.
lol….truff in your statements (regarding cutting edge) but on Ye is definitely back on the lyrics as he wild out on the swizzy/jay power remix. But musically, not too much groundbreaking. sign of the times.
I think when artists are no longer hungry (physically)….it changes a lot and you can hear it in the music. I think its a comfort zone of some sort….
