Eric Nine resides in ATL and his illustrations are pretty sick. I came across his site while I was self obsessing over my latest project and turns out Eric is feeling it (I hope). Long story short, his art is dope and he is a unique eye when it comes to his creations. They definitely stand out from most illustrations I have seen.
