It looks like while I was enjoying my b-day last month, I missed all of the dope shit. I’m late on this one, so this is for the nerds that haven’t seen this as of yet. Christian Rich is a group that is currently residing in New York via Chicago and they’re pretty dope. What’s doper though is this video and the concept behind it which can probably be translated a number of ways. Have any idea what its about? Love the song + the video. It reminds of me of the movie Eyes Wide Shut mixed with Surviving the Game…Are they saying that young women are brainwashed to look like the cover girls and models; and in turn, lose their indentity?

Also notice the director’s use of masks. The male figures’ mask are animals and the female is human. Is the director using her death to signify men destroying the beauty of women?

Interesting, I interpreted it as a food chain role reversal. Meaning, the animals are hunting humans. But if that’s the case, why were there 2 living humans in-house and why did they look away when she walked through.

Good obersvation. I thought they were the group, Christian Rich. But notice later on in the video, that they too are now wearing masks.
