OK, I imagine if this stuff gets decent exposure the Dick Van Dyke/Mary Poppins references will come think and fast, so that&#8217;s my first and last. Whatever you think of &#8220;Percival&#8221;&#8216;s attempt at a Brit-punk accent, you have to admit it&#8217;s an interesting move. After innumerable years of British acts faking US accents, and a trend in the last few years for American rock types to affect English timbres, this must be the first (apparently straight-faced) attempt by a rapper to switch sides. OK, he&#8217;s not really rapping on &#8220;Heirplanes&#8221;, but that just adds another layer of intrigue to the whole affair, no?
